We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Mel and Gelli. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, which was perfect for us as we were looking for a relaxing getaway. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the nice and clean pool. We also appreciated the PWD railings in the bathroom which ensured accessibility and safety. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel's transportation services were helpful.

The hotel is situated in a lively area with great access to the nightlife. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were always available to help. the breakfast had a variety of options and was a good way to start the day.
The hotel room was quite small and cramped, making stay uncomfortable for larger families.

The hotel had a great location, it was close to the main shopping and entertainment district of the city. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities you would expect. The staff were friendly and helpful, always trying their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We also liked the fact that the hotel had a pool and a gym, which we made full use of during our stay.
The wifi was a big disappointment. It was down for two days and when it was finally fixed, it was incredibly slow.
